Creative leadership can be challenging, and require enormous enormous emotional, and intellectual, investment. Projects are often “foggy”, with tough problems to solve and no obvious solutions available, or established infrastructure to rely on. As a result, creative leaders need to develop the personal resilience and insight to sustain their own energy, and to generate it from others.
We believe that coaching offers much needed support and structure, and enabling creative leaders to continuously develop their capabilities. We offer both individual and team coaching, focusing in particular on visioning, critical decision-making moments and skill building, in the service of whatever projects they are currently running.
