Curve is in the midst of developing a Social Leadership Strategy for young people from disadvantaged communities. We are writing this blog to reach out to our network of friends who can provide expert knowledge and some great advice on how we might modify our current ‘Workshop Workshop’; we understand that to be completely supportive of the needs and backgrounds of these young individuals we need you!

supporting many young people aged 15-21 as they deal with the pressure of making serious decisions relating to their education, future career and social life.

Our current application of the ‘Workshop Workshop’ provides professionals with tangible tools and exercises to initiate creativity and innovation, develop strategies to overcome challenging workshop situations and lead exercises that respond to difficult individuals and team dynamics. Many of these skills we feel are transferable and will be essential in supporting many young people aged 15-21 as they deal with the pressure of making serious decisions relating to their education, future career and social life.

help bring clarity to decision making… as well as much more!

By applying the ‘Workshop Workshop’ to these young individuals we hope to develop on their leadership skills; improve their confidence and communication skills, demonstrate effective ways of organisation and planning, and put forward techniques that can help bring clarity to decision making… as well as much more!
