John monks

John is an expert facilitator and team coach. He helps the world’s most ambitious organisations transform to take advantage of digital technology. Passionate about developing creative leadership, John enjoys building and mentoring brilliant teams to produce breakthrough ideas. He is a Trustee of the International Development charity ActionAid and a mentor on the Cambridge Judge MBA programme.

John has built a career in management consulting, establishing DigitasLBI's global Digital Business Design practice and Curve in London and New York, transforming many of the world's leading organisations from Virgin Atlantic to NYPD.


lizzie shupak

Lizzie has spent her career helping brands and start-ups design and develop products and services that their customers love to use. She is passionate about using workshops as a means to enable creative teams to perform at their best. Lizzie is a Director of Innovation Social, a community of innovation and service design professionals, and a Partner in Wok+Wine, a global events concept, profiled by Harvard Business Review as an example of the “economic case for serendipity”.

Lizzie was previously Head of Innovation at global digital transformation agency, DigitasLBi where she worked with brands such as AstraZeneca, E.ON and Standard Life. She has a varied background in startups, brand and creative agencies.

Lawrence weber

Lawrence has 19 years experience in digital technology, with his most recent role being Managing Partner Innovation at Karmarama and co-Founder of Creative Futures, an Accenture Interactive innovation practice. His focus is helping senior leaders get creative and commercial advantages from new technologies and the start-up community, enabling them to understand, pilot and subsequently scale, those things which can positively impact their organisations.

He is Chair of BIMA Immersive Tech Council and sits on the BIMA Exec Committee. Lawrence is also a Director of Innovation Social and mentors a wide variety of start-ups as part of the Friday Club London.
